Our pricing varies depending on the size and scope of the setup. For balloon garlands and arches, we typically charge per foot. Sales Tax and the Delivery/Installation fee are calculated depending on the price of the order/booking as well as the delivery location.

This is a very common question and very often confused!

A balloon garland is an organic, free-flowing arrangement of balloons. Garlands can be attached to backdrops, walls, ceilings, tables, welcome signs and virtually any surface. They can be any shape and are a versatile option for party/event decor.

As opposed to a balloon garland’s loose and flowing nature, a balloon arch is a structured design that requires an underlying frame. Essentially, the balloons are attached to a stand in the shape of an arch, heart, or another shape. They are typically large enough to walk underneath.

We do offer payment plans depending on how close your event date is when booking. Otherwise, we typically require a 50% deposit upon booking with the remaining balance due 7 days prior to the event. We accept Zelle, Venmo, and debit/credit card payments via Square.

We do offer outdoor balloon installations during the summer months at the client's request. However, due to Arizona's extreme heat, we strongly recommend placing balloon decor indoors whenever possible to maximize its appearance and longevity.

If an outdoor installation is preferred, we highly recommend that the setup be placed in a fully shaded area. Even under shade, high temperatures, wind, and other weather conditions can affect the balloons' appearance and durability.

By choosing an outdoor installation, the client acknowledges and accepts the risks associated with Arizona's summer weather. While we take every reasonable measure to ensure a beautiful setup, Halo Balloon Company cannot guarantee the integrity, longevity, or condition of balloon decor installed outdoors when temperatures are 100+ degrees.

Installation times vary depending on the size and scope of the balloon setup. We try to keep our installation times under 1 to 1.5 hours.

We discuss and schedule our installation date/times with the client before booking is completed so clear expectations are defined.
